CustoArt Studio is operated by Stichting Netimpact, a registered nonprofit foundation in the Netherlands, in collaboration with Ayéna Global LLC and h7ussein.com.

1. Services

CustoArt Studio provides professional print design and fulfilment services including business cards, brochures, flyers, apparel, promotional products, and other printed materials. All products are fulfilled through CustoArt's production infrastructure.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable service costs.
  • Payment is collected upfront via Stripe at the time of ordering.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email.
  • We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm specifications and design files before production begins.

3. Design Files

  • You are responsible for supplying print-ready design files in the correct format (PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, or JPG).
  • Files must meet minimum resolution requirements of 300 DPI for print quality.
  • CustoArt Studio is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution or incorrectly formatted files.
  • By uploading a design file, you confirm that you own all rights to the content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Production & Delivery

  • Production begins only after order confirmation and design file approval.
  • Typical production time is 3 to 7 business days, plus shipping time.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location. A shipping fee of €5.00 applies to orders of 20 to 499 units, and €7.50 for orders of 500 units or more.
  • CustoArt Studio is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun.
  • Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
  • Refunds are issued if the printed product is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was confirmed.
  • To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected], including photos of the issue.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the CustoArt Studio website, including text, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of CustoArt Studio and Stichting Netimpact. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

CustoArt Studio's total liability is limited to the value of the individual order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our services or products.

8. Social Mission & Commercial Activity

CustoArt Studio operates as a commercial activity under Stichting Netimpact to generate sustainable revenue in support of the organization's nonprofit mission. By purchasing from CustoArt Studio, you also contribute to social impact initiatives managed by Stichting Netimpact.

9. Governing Law

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, select your options (size, paper, quantity, finish), upload your design file, fill in your contact details, and complete payment via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, and JPG files. For best print quality, please supply files at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI with bleed of at least 3mm on all sides.

Can I order without a design?

Yes — you can place your order and upload your design file within 24 hours. Our team will contact you after payment to confirm your file before production begins. Design assistance is available upon request.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity varies by product. Business cards start from 100 pcs, brochures from 100 pcs, and most other products from 1 pc. Check the product page for exact quantities.

Pricing & Payment

What currencies do you accept?

All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (€). Stripe handles currency conversion if your card is in a different currency.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS-certified global payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers.

Are there any additional fees?

A shipping fee applies: €5.00 for orders of 20 to 499 units, and €7.50 for 500 units or more. Prices shown include the product cost. VAT may apply depending on your location.

Can I get a custom quote?

Absolutely. For large quantities, special materials, or custom products not listed in our store, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 24 hours with a tailored quote.

Production & Delivery

How long does production take?

Typical production time is 3 to 7 business days after your design file is approved. Complex or large orders may take slightly longer. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Europe and internationally. Delivery time after production is typically 2 to 5 business days within Europe, and 5 to 10 business days for international destinations.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel within 2 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet started. After that, cancellations are not possible as production is underway.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected], including clear photos of the issue. If the fault is ours or the carrier's, we will reprint or refund your order at no extra cost.

Do you accept returns for custom printed products?

Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind orders. Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced items.

File Preparation

Always export at 300 DPI for sharp printing

Screen resolution (72 DPI) looks sharp on screen but blurry in print. Always export your designs at 300 DPI or higher. Use PDF format for best results.

Paper Choice

Matte vs Glossy — which is right for you?

Matte is ideal for text-heavy designs and dark colours — it looks elegant and is easy to write on. Glossy makes photos and bright colours pop, but can show fingerprints.

Business Cards

Include bleed area to avoid white edges

Always add 3mm of bleed around your design. Without bleed, white edges may appear when cards are cut. Download our templates for the correct dimensions.
